No Voice Directions for Maps in 2020 Range Rover

I saw a previous chain from 2021 regarding no voice directions for Maps when using CarPlay in a 2020 Range Rover. I am trying this for the first time and have the same problem. Did anyone get a resolution in 2021? I don't see a solution posted. Is this a problem with the Range Rover infotainment software?

When I use Maps on my phone I get turn by turn voice directions. However, when I plug the phone into the Range Rover interface, CarPlay activates and I can set a destination, but there are no voice directions.
