How to setup mail rules on the mail app
I've set up mail rules on my comcast account via a web page that shows how to set up rules. I cannot find a place to set up mail rules on my iphone Mail App.

iPhone and iPad don’t have local mail-processing rules, though you can sorta-kinda use Focus:

macOS does have mail-processing rules:
