what do i do if my airpod case doesn’t charge

When I try to charge my case my airpods will charge but not the case.

iPhone 7, iOS 14

Try using the cable that came with the AirPods. If you’re already using that cable, try a different cable.

If you still can’t charge your AirPods, contact Apple Support.
