As we understand it, you're having issues opening a few games on your device and see that you've ensured your device is updated. To confirm, which exact iPhone model are you using? Also, you're running iOS 17.0.3 under Settings > General > About?
Also, we noticed your post is in the Apple Arcade forum. Are you using an Apple Arcade subscription?
If you haven't yet, it might be worth testing by uninstalling one of the affected games and then reinstalling it to see if that helps: How to delete apps - Apple Support
