i have buy Iphone X from a shop which is not an "apple store" but after 1 days it's "potrait mode" can't work properly i have tried all the methods like: clean the camera, turn off the iphone and restart etc. But it can't work properly and can't focus the object. I have check it in "3u tools" it tells the camera is change. Can anyone tell me how can i get the authentic proof that camera is change. Please help.
Does it really matter? If the device is not working, they should take it back. If they won't, they are not reputable and you are out of luck.
You can try contacting Apple and seeing if they will run a diagnostic and give you some documentation. Many of the texts can be done remotely.
This is a user-to-user forum. We can't give you verification of anything. It sounds as if there was work done on the phone by someone other than Apple. I'd suggest trying to return it and get your money back.
But the shopkeeper deny that the camera is not changed i am looking a way that i proof that camera is change.
