Are you connected to Wi-Fi when you attempt to use Apple Music? Go to Settings > Wi-Fi and verify there is a check mark next to your network name. Open Safari and go to the Apple home page by clicking this link: Apple
Does that load without any issue? This can help tell us if there is an issue with connecting to the internet.
Have you verified your Apple Music subscription is set up? You can do this by going to Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions. Verify your subscription is listed under Active. If it's not there, you will need to subscribe with the steps here: Subscribe to Apple Music on iPhone - Apple Support
Are you seeing any errors? Can you see your music library when you tap on Library?
