I was messing with my settings, and somehow I have numbers beside everything on my phone. The apps are all numbered. My keyboard is numbered. Everything that appears on my phone is numbered. How do I get it off?

Hello, I think you mean app notification badges with numbers, go to settings>focus>do not disturb>options>enable hide notification badges
You can also check in notifications for each app if the badges are enabled
