Does standby add to the screen time recorded on a device?

StandBy should not add ScreenTime, it’s a feature of lockscreen so it won’t use it.

Apple Support Case 102149792534 confirms that Standby Mode does indeed count as Screen Time. They did not confirm whether this intended behavior or a bug.

I think there is a bug within ios17. I have the same issue.

This tells me that is is a bug, because on my iPhone 14 Pro, it is in fact adding standby time to my screen time.
