can't find watch shortcuts since latest update

I have turned off both watch and iPhone. I have googled for help. I can no long find the "drop" to swim, find my phone, airplane mode etc that I used to access by swiping up on the watch face. HELP!!!

Hi wilson4514,

Thanks for posting in Apple Support Communities. It sounds like you might be looking for Control Center. Right?

If so, this looks different in watchOS 10. Instead of swiping, you'll press the side button once to access it. The guidance in Use Control Center on Apple Watch - Apple Support has further details if needed.

All the best.
