I brought a new iPhone 13 and its been 6 month now. I use case and clean it as much as i can. I saw the paint near the camera ring was chipping off. As it’s still under warranty does apple take care of this paint issue ?

Generally chipping to the paint or minor blemishes like scratches are considered cosmetic damage and not covered under Apple's warranty.
