Can’t delete suspicious iMessage on my iPhone
There was a message sent to me. I opened it and can not delete it.
suspect it is spam

Delete a message
1. Touch and hold a message bubble, then tap More.
2. Select the message bubbles you want to delete, then tap.
Delete a conversation
1. In the Messages list, swipe left on the conversation.
2. Tap Delete.
If that hasn't helped you may try forcing the Messages app to close, and relaunch it to try again: Close an app on your iPhone or iPod touch - Apple Support
