After updating to IOS 17.0.3 I noticed that the small singnal strenght bar is blinking in the home screen irrespective of the total signal strenght available. I am facing it in my Iphone 15 pro. Please let me know if there is pixel interference with the Dynamic Island.

Reset the Home Screen Layout:
If a widget or app has gone mossing somehow, then you need to reset the Home Screen Layout. Go Here: Move and Organize Apps on iPhone - Apple Support. You'd have to add back all the widgets that you can recall being back on there. So, take a screenshotf each Home Screen to know what to place and where: Take a Screenshot On your iPhone - Apple Support

Dertermining Piexaton Issues:
Take a Screenshot or a Screen Recording to see if there is in fact and pixel interference. You'd open these in the Photos app. If they show up, then it is likely and error within the iOS. If not, then it is a hardware issue.
I believe the blinking signal strength bar is notifying you that you are in an extended network. I just noticed this happening when I was traveling.
This problem was faced only in the Home screen and while working inside any app the Pixel is stable. From this morning the issue no longer exist in my phone. This might have been software glitch.
