i have bought a new iphone and deleting data from my old phone however its showing uplodaing data to icloud and the data is not more than 300gb yet its taking more than 7 hours by now and its frozen on 1 hour

Force Restart your iPhone:
If the upload is stalled, then force restart your iPhone. It will proceed once the iPhone is powered back up and running. Go here: Force Restart iPhone - Apple Support
