From the screenshots, it appears you're able to access the WhatsApp website while using the private browser in Safari. What specifically happens when you try to access WhatsApp when not using private?


You also mentioned the Adobe software isn't working. What happens when you try to open it? Do you see any errors?


Try restarting your iMac in safe mode and see if you can access the WhatsApp website and the Adobe software. Safe mode isn't a remedy as much as it is an isolation tool.
