iphone 13 battery draining too fast

i recently purchased iphone13, 4 days ago but its battery is draining too fast with 30min of utube it drops down by 6-7% while using map for 1 hr its drops 30%- 35% down. its so annoying that the customer care support is so poor that they don't even recognised the problem. i wennt to center service they didn't even consider this as a prblm. it feels so paid after paying so much money for the phone and getting this type of quality and support. battery backup is too poor.
