When using FAT32, the maximum possible size for a single file is 4GB.
If you wish to save individual files that are greater than 4GB, you will need to use a computer to reformat the USB flash drive to exFAT (FAT64) or APFS. Also understand that iPad cannot read multi-partition devices, or proprietary device formats (such as NTFS).

As already stated, you will need to use a computer to reformat the USB flash drive to exFAT (FAT64) or APFS. iOS/iPadOS does not offer the facility to format external storage devices.
Then I have to format the USB Flash Drive as exFAT right?
Can I do It on Ipad? How?
You cannot format the drive on your iPad, this needs to be done on a computer.
