why won't icloud backup stay on
I can't seem to find out why icloud backup refuses to be turned on. I switch to on position but immediately it turns off!! Please help!

Have you tried connecting your device to a different network to see if the results change? Is this your first time backing up your iPhone or did the feature stop working suddenly? Also we recommend making sure the device is fully up-to-date: Update your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support
