Sharing/collaborating with reminders only works 1 way!

If reminders are not syncing while collaborating, ensure you are using the correct Apple ID as sometimes the Apple ID can be different than an email you always use, and that everything else is set up correctly as seen in Share lists and collaborate in Reminders on iPhone.

If so, as it's not syncing correctly, follow If your iCloud Contacts, Calendars, or Reminders won’t sync.

Another troubleshooting steps you can try is having your wife share a list to collaborate on and see if it works. This can help tell you if there is something with the first note or syncing from her side in general.

I’ve had this issue in the past. The way I resolved it was to have the owner un-share the list, then reissue the invite. I hope that helps.

Any update on this!? I am trying to use this to communicate and assign task to my management teams. I organized it so each person had a section and listed tasks but doesn’t show up that way for them.
