Stopping incoming calls and texts from disrupting my video recording

I have a special events coming up and I want to make sure that incoming calls and text you not disrupt the recording. I also want to make sure that if it blocks a call, if that person tries to redial automatically that it will continue to block calls. Can someone please help me with this? I have an iPhone 12 pro max.

iPhone 8, iOS 14

To be absolutely safe, I would put the phone in airplane mode with no wifi connection. As you fear, even in DND, a repeat caller can ring through.

If you would like, you can put your device on DND do not disturb mode. You can also silence ringtones for extra precaution. Please note if you are running beta software, there may be some glitches.
