Phone calls happening by themselves, possibly ghost touches iPhone 14 Pro

I would like to know how to stop FaceTime and phone calls from happening by themselves without my permission I just had my screen replaced by Apple and my battery replaced. I don't know what to do. Try to restore and nothing I tried setting changes. Nothing helps

Calls On Other Devices iPad rings when iPhone rings. I want iPad to stop ringing. Calls On Other Devices is toggled Off but is listed as On. I do not have Face Time App so that isn’t applicable here. What to do? And, thanks in advance!

That’s usually a display or digitizer failure, and a repair. Contact Apple; the folks that just swapped the battery.
