I have MacBook Pro version 11.7.10 and up yesterday amazon prime video was working I got notice to up dated and says amazon prime worked with Verizon of 11.4 I don't know what disk to up date because software says Mac disk is updated can anyone help me please

To make sure we're on the same page, you're trying to play Amazon Prime video in Safari web browser or a standalone app?
In either case, while your Mac may be updated to the latest version of its current OS, Big Sur, the OS itself is rather outdated. As such, developers may no longer support Big Sur for various aspects of their service or apps.
