I am getting payment problem emails and I don't remember signing up. How do I cancel.
I've been trying to cancel my subscription -which I didn't know I had. Getting emails about a billing problem and have tried, but can't get it done!

Are you sure those emails are from Apple? "You've got a billing problem, click this link to resolve it" is a common pattern in phishing scams. See info in here:
