i did not get a confirmation email
A confirmation email is supposed to be send for every transaction, including starting subscriptions. Please check your spam folder, if you haven’t done so yet. Try webmail too, if your device email app skips the spam folder on the server.
If needed: Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple - Apple Support
do i have to dispute the payment with my bank?
Don’t be too hasty with that, as Apple might see it differently, and hold it as debt, effectively blocking your Apple Account for any future payments until this gets resolved. Always try to resolve financial issues with the merchant first.
