Hey, I bought few days ago new iPhone and I got e-mail that I have free 3 months of subscryption of Apple TV+. I even saw it in mobile app. Today i wanted to redeem and i don’t see that offer. Anybody knows? I am pretty sure that i had 3 months to do it. :/

The emails are sent to the email address used when it was purchased. It may not even be the Apple ID that is used on your device and shows promotions that may be available. Apple has no idea what Apple ID you would use to redeem the promotion. You could purchase the device and receive the email and still give the device to someone else and they will be able to redeem the offer when they sign in with their Apple ID as long as they are eligible. You should also see the eligibility requirements for each promotion in the email. If you have not used the trial before and believe you are eligible, then contact Apple directly here:

The offer is most likely for new subscribers, so if you ever used a previous free trial for Apple TV+, you would not be eligible. In some cases, you may still be eligible as a returning subscriber if a previous free trial was only for 1 month. Not sure if that is the case for you, but you can review this website to check your eligibility and it also included the steps to redeem the offer.
But it doesn’t make sense. I got e-mail about it and I could redeem it for a few days. I have the same situation with Apple Music but I’ve never used it.
