I purchased Powerbeats Pro ear buds from Apple and after two years the right earbud even when fully charges loses connection after 30 minutes, what is the fix?

Powerbeats Pro after 2 years of use have stopped connection with one ear after 30 minutes when fully charged, what is the fix?

It sounds like your Powerbeats Pro isn't holding a charge. We can help.


Every battery eventually needs to be replaced. If you find your Beats are no longer able to hold the charge they used to, you may need to look into service options. You can review the options for your region here: Beats Repair & Service.
