" Normal " and as for correction by Apple. Refer to last portion of this reply
I agree the " wording " in Mail could be better
As pervious Contributor has mentioned, it does get move to Junk Folder
This is my understanding.
Sometimes we mark a Sender as Blocked and sometimes in error or we have a change of mind.
Better it goes to Junk before Deleting ?
Then have a few suggestions ;
1 - Get Support Choose a product and we’ll find you the best solution.Start now and open an Apple Support Ticket as they are Apple Employees to deal will these types of issues .
2 - Product Feedback - Apple and make it known to Apple regarding this ongoing issue

Blocked Senders macOS 14 Sonoma
In Mail >> Setting >> Junk Mail tab and Blocked tab
Those senders who have been listed as Blocked will in fact be moved to Deleted Folder and bypass the Junk Folder unlike in previous versions of macOS
That's just it. The BLOCKED senders do not get moved to Trash. They only get moved to Junk even though that's what it says should happen.
That does not answer my question. The emails from blocked senders are not deleted, they are put into the junk folder. I want to have them deleted. Sometimes valid emails get put into the junk folder, so I have to go through 50 emails from blocked senders to ensure there are no valid emails in the junk folder.
If I may suggest looking at the Original Statement >>
" Previous answers to this question do not help - it is not possible to identify emails from blocked senders in the Rules creation. "

If you wish to expand the question by adding previously Not Included Perimeters , that is ok

I suggest you consider the heading for the original post:-
"Auto delete emails from blocked senders"
The inability to define emails from blocked senders in rules was the result of trying to write a rule to delete them.
That should have been obvious, but apparently I needed to explain in a more simple manner. Sorry.
Now can anyone actually address my problem and help?
There you have it: asked and answered.
So how do I do it? Did you mean to add an answer?
