There is not a way to move music files from your iPhone to your Mac. If the music files themselves are on the Mac hard drive, you can re-sync them with iTunes / Finder and then sync that with your iPhone so that the music libraries will match. See Recover your iTunes library from your iPod or iOS device - Apple Community. Apple don't actively support copying music from devices into the library. You're supposed to migrate your library from one computer to another and keep backups so that never becomes necessary.

Apple have never supported moving content from devices to computer, with the exception of purchases. I'm pretty sure that this approach was designed to prevent iPods from being used for casual music piracy, and that in turn helped with the acceptance of the iTunes Store.
