Need to replace MagSafe clear case bought from Target
I want to do a warranty replacement on the iPhone 14 Pro Max clear MagSafe case purchased from Target.

You may need to first exhaust getting this case replaced via Target's return policy. If you have already done so, and this case is an actual Apple product, it comes with a one-year limited hardware warranty against manufacturing defects ... from the date that Target got it from Apple ... not when you actually bought it from Target.
Regardless, you will need to have an Apple Technician examine this case to verify that it is a defect ... and, if found so, you should find that you can get a replacement for little or no cost to you.
