I'm wondering if it's possible to share an Airtag from my personal account to my work managed apple id. If it helps I am the Administrator on my Apple Business Manager and Business Essentials account.
I am able to receive the notification but once I click on the notification nothing happens.

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities. To start, use these steps from Share an AirTag or other item in Find My on iPhone - Apple Support to share your AirTag with your other Apple ID.
"Share an AirTag
To add more people, tap.
4. Tap the name of the person you want to share with, then tap their Apple ID.
Repeat steps 3 and 4 for each person you want to add.
5. When you’re finished adding people, tap Share in the top-right corner."
If you are following those steps and do not receive any notification on the other device, it may be that the managed profile is preventing this connection. You might need to reach out to your IT team for further help.
