I have a problem, at the moment I'm in Russia visiting my sister. I had to get a Russian bank card and I can't add it to ApplePay, I'm wildly uncomfortable walking with the card and I would like to add it to my phone!
Please help me deal with this problem, I would really like to use the payment system, because I will be here for another couple of months, I haven't seen my sister for a long time

You just said in your original post that it’s a Russian Bank card. It shouldn’t be too hard to understand that Apple would be in violation of the many embargoes/restrictions the federal government has placed on Russia.
Due to the war with Ukraine, Apple and all US based systems have withdrawn from Russia. Apple iPhones are not supporting Russian payment systems and networks. Sorry.
But why should this apply to the citizens of our country, I just decided to visit my sister and now I can't use much. I understand that the war and Apple decided to leave Russia, but this should not affect us. Maybe there's some kind of loophole at least?
