iPhone 14 Pro screen shaking/screen refresh rate messed up

Hello team,

Since last 3 days my iPhone 14 Pro is suddenly behaving weird. Screen refresh rate is very animated, i can see the shaking in every screen move. The Charging indicators are also mot responsive, either they don’t charge, show lower charge percent after restart, and tales longer time to restart after turning off.

Does anyone knows the solution to this issue?

Has anybody having similar issues recently?

Regards,

Ashish

Hello Euclid1234,

For difficulties with charging your iPhone, you'll want to take the steps below: If your iPhone or iPod touch won't charge - Apple Support

Follow these steps and try again after each:
1. Check your charging cable and USB adapter for signs of damage, like breakage or bent prongs. Don't use damaged accessories.
Lightning to USB and a USB-C wall adapter
2. Use a wall power outlet and check for firm connections between your charging cable, USB wall adapter, and wall outlet or AC power cable, or try a different outlet.
3. Remove any debris from the charging port on the bottom of your device, then firmly plug your charging cable into your device. If the charging port is damaged, your device probably needs service.

4. Let your device charge for a half hour.
5. If your device is still unresponsive, force restart your device:
• iPhone 8 or later and iPhone SE (2nd generation): Press and quickly release the volume up button. Press and quickly release the volume down button. Press and hold the side button until the Apple logo appears.
• iPhone 7, iPhone 7 Plus, and iPod touch (7th generation): Press and hold both the side (or top) button and the volume down button until the Apple logo appears.
• iPhone 6s or earlier, iPhone SE (1st generation), and iPod touch (6th generation) or earlier: Press and hold both the side (or top) button and the Home button until the Apple logo appears.
6. Let your device charge for another half hour.

Additionally, restarting may help with that behavior with your screen: Restart your iPhone - Apple Support

1. Press and hold either volume button and the side button until the power-off slider appears.
The volume button is located on the left side of the device, and the side button is located on the right
2. Drag the slider, then wait 30 seconds for your device to turn off. If your device is frozen or unresponsive, force restart your device.
3. To turn your device back on, press and hold the side button (on the right side of your iPhone) until you see the Apple logo.

Should either of those behaviors still persist, you'll want to reach out to Apple Support: Apple Support They'll be in the best position to look into this further.

Take care.
