In your other thread on this subject you describe the problem as "one long beep every 5 seconds".
That isn't a boot loop, it's a problem with the RAM module(s) that are installed in the computer.
Den.thed has provided links to guidance for that problem, here and elsewhere.
RAM in that machine is easy to access, but if you are unable to troubleshoot and evaluate the problem yourself, then you should consider taking the computer to a local technician who can troubleshoot the problem and provide a fix.
I forgot to mention that Multi-Color Graffiti poured out on my screen prior to turning off...also had what appeared to be Colored Vertical Lines like Threads or Curtains drop like snow over the screen before it went dead... does that tell anyone anything? Is the DRAM what needs to be opened and replaced or am I spitting into the wind...
not sure your getting the right question... when turning the back botton on (pressing it) either the sound turns off which indicates a turn off mode....or the Mac Turn on Sound continues non-stop?
its called a Boot Loop? What do I do?
If you stick with a single thread your guidance will be easier to gather.

That would likely indicate a hardware issue such as a damaged display or the backlight. To test which it might be please read the following:
The easiest way is to power on your screen, put a flashlight very close to it and check if you can see the image through. The image would be very dark, like turning the brightness of the screen very very low. If you can see the image on the display that means the backlight has failed and must be replaced. If you cannot see any video at all that would indicate the display itself has failed.
As you don't state the model year of the computer we have no idea if it is worth fixing or not.
