iPhone 12 Pro, the internal speaker does not work after the latest update

After performing the latest update, I make phone calls and put the headphone on my ear. I cannot hear the sound. When I open the external speaker or connect the air pods, I hear the sound clearly. I want to know the reason that prevents me from hearing calls without using the external speaker.
