The ear piece speaker of my iPhone 13 is not working at all. I’ll receive a call and place the phone on my ear but won’t hear any sound unless I put it on speaker. I’ve tried factory resetting and reset all networks and even brushed the ear piece speaker still no avail. I bought the phone newly and it’s just 3 days old please what should I do about this ? I need help. Thank you.
