Saving the wallpaper

When using a picture as a Wallpaper, there's an effects/filters to use which I like very much. Is there a way to save the picture with the effect applied on it, export it?

Is it possible to have the wallpaper cycle in order rather than just a random shuffle? I want to have a wallpaper that cycles between multiple photos in order instead of a random shuffle. Is it possible to do this?

As my knowledge I think you can. Just keep the photo in the photos app and you can.

How ever you can not get the moving effects.
