Sorting options in the app drawer

I've been having a second home screen on my iPhone with all the apps grouped into folders. Considering that this is a bit unnecessary since you have the app drawer and it does it all for you, I have removed this home screen and am now delving in to the app drawer for all the non-critical apps that I want to use.

The automatic grouping is a great idea, but I do have some issues with it. It does not always recognize what type of app this is. For example I now have half of my parking apps in the Travel folder, and half in the Utilities folder.

Have anyone found a way to tell the phone that this app actually belongs in another folder/category, or is the only solution to just go back to the second home screen and ditch the app drawer all together?
