Has anyone had an issue with a "failed" payment option within a family sharing group that stops them from being able to get any apps from the store even free apps?
I'm part of a family sharing, but also have a connected credit card, that says it has failed, but there seems to be no way to resolve the failed. I cannot edit billing information erase the card or add a new card all options are either grayed out or in the case of changing billing information, it incorrectly has my wife listed as billing name, when I edit it to my name and click done it spins a bit, but makes no changes.
