Go to accessibility in your settings and you will see the symbol under Voice Control. You can turn it off there.

I have the same thing. Does anybody know how to turn it off? I’m assuming it’s the microphone because it keeps typing **** that I’m saying when I don’t even touch the microphone
I have a blue circle next to the clock with an arrow pointing to the left and an arrow pointing to the right with three white lines in the middle. Anyone know what this is for?
