Found airpods?
I found a pair of airpods and would like to return them to their owners but haven't found a way for me to contact apple or the owner to let them know they were found.

If you found a lost item, there isn't a way to find contact information unless the owner specifically puts them in lost mode. If they put them in lost mode they can have a contact number/email display on the Find My app so you can get in touch with them.
Find your lost Apple device or AirTag with Find My
If they didn't put them in lost mode to display contact info, then your best bet is to turn them into lost and found or your local police department. For example, if you found the AirPods in a place like a hotel/mall/airport, take them to the lost and found they have there. If you found them in a random public location like a park or on a sidewalk somewhere where no lost and found is available, take them to your local police department.
