Hello~ We are not allowed to share personal details here …so by some remote chance the “owner” contacted you here…it’s not a viable solution. Charge them and drop them off at local law enforcement as that’s where most people would look first. Knowing that their location may in fact be seen …I would not keep them unless you want a stranger actually visiting you to retrieve them.

If you store them somewhat close to e.g. any iPhone or iPad (so it may use the Find My Network*), then the owner may be able to find it by approximation through the Find My service, and perhaps ring your door to inquire if you can help them out or inquire if you know more.
