Do Not Disturb Issues

When my phone is on DND incoming calls are not sent to voicemail. My friends and family say it doesn’t even ring. I do not want to miss important voicemails while I sleep.

When I add the phone app to the “allowed” list, calls break the DND.

How do I maintain the DND and allow callers to be connected to my voicemail?
