Shortcuts app widget - Edit Widget not responding

Added “Shortcuts” widget to Home Screen, I want to “Edit Widget” to select a specific Shortcuts Folder that I have created. However, it is not responding. I have tried editing widget for Weather/Calendar, all seems fine.

Tried reinstalling Shortcuts app, updated to latest iOS 17.0.3, restarted phone. None of them work. Please assist
