Issue with new AirPod Pro 2nd gen
Took delivery of a brand new pair of AirPod Pro 2nd gen that I purchased through the Apple Store app. I had the case personalised. They connect fine but I cannot turn on ‘Find My’ in the settings as iOS thinks they have another owner.
Packaging was intact and I have AppleCare.
