I have blink outdoor cameras. Any time the camera goes off I get communications through my phone. Always come through loud and clear. Since the new update can’t hardly here it when cameras go off.?

It seems like your alerts are more quiet than you want.
With the iPhone Attention Aware feature, the notification volume would be lower if you were looking at the iPhone. If this is the case, you can turn that off at Settings > Accessibility > Face ID & Attention > Attention Aware Features.
If that's not the case, you'll want to contact Apple Support and they can look into this issue further.
