iPhone camera, speaker, and mic not working after iOS 18.3.1 update

Hello everyone. I encountered the same problem on the iPhone 14pro. Updated to 18.3.2 but these did not solve the problem. This problem is solved by connecting to a wireless charger MagSafe (not lightning cable). That is if you charge the phone with a wireless charger you, you can use voices messages and use a voice memos. I hope this problem will be fixed quickly.

I also have the same issue. I thought it was the microphone itself, however the problem is not consistent: sometimes it works during calls/voice messages/whatsapp sometimes not.

And it started only after I updated the software to the version 18.3.1
