How can I enable the developer mode on my iPad Air 3rd generation? I went to Settings > Privacy & Security on my iPad Air but there is no Developer mode option in this menu. My iPad Air device is displayed in Xcode and Visual Studio for Mac Community but I can not enable the developer mode because it is not displayed in iPad Air Settings > Privacy & Security. I use iOS 15.6 on my iPad Air 3rd generation. How can I enable the developer mode on my iPad Air 3rd generation?

Issue with enabling developer mode on iPad So I have been trying to run an app on my iPad for testing purposes. However, I turned off developer mode at one point because I was having GPS issues. they seemed to be resolved, but I need to re enable developer mode. However, the option is gone from settings -> privacy and security, even when connected to xcode. please see images. I have tried restarting my iPad, making sure it was updated, and unplugging and replugging it into my computer, as well as restarting my computer and force restarting Xcode. However, there is still no option for developer mode. As you can see in the first screenshot, I was able to test successfully less then a week ago. I don't know what happened. The device is an iPad air 3rd generation, and the computer is a MacBook Air from 2020. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
