iPhone 14 Series SIM Failure

Has any one experienced a random SIM failure message on their iPhone 14 series device? Or SOS mode showing in the top right of the screen when service should be available? I work for a regional carrier in the US and have seen many 14 devices come in with this issue. Sometimes the device will not allow us to delete the ESIM to assign a new one and when placing the iPhone in DFU mode to process a Firmware upgrade to try and remedy the issue, upon completion the cellular tab in settings is completely white with no options for a cellular data plan. Just wanting to see if others are experiencing this issue as well with the device.
