SOS Sim Failure after Software Update

My phone has been on SOS ever since the iOS 18.1 update.

I’ve restarted my phone multiple times and I keep getting a “Sim Failure” message. I’ve turned airplane mode on and off. I’ve tried resetting my cellular data, but the only ways to do it is via QR code by a carrier or transfer from nearby iPhone.

This isn’t a new iPhone so the transfer is irrelevant and I’m not with a carrier.

Anyone else having this issue?
