Hello prathimani,
Thanks for posting in Apple Support Communities. Invoking Siri by saying "Siri" instead of "Hey Siri" is new in iOS 17 and available in certain models only. Since it looks like you're using an iPhone 13 which is mentioned in Models that support saying “Siri” - Apple Support, if you don't see the option, make sure that your iOS is up-to-date. You can check that from Settings > General > About.
