how to?

Hi there, I am a student and live in a hostel so I rely on my my phone for both entertainment and study. I recently switched from android to IOS and having a little trouble.

I cant seem to find these two apps which I use to use on my android on apple store and cant download apk either. Does Apple allow apk apps such streameast as and ez grader? if not what could be way around?
